on the rare occasion i stay up, like tonight, i like to sit on my fire escape. if i had a decent camera i would take pictures.

i find it peaceful to just sit outside and just chill, most of the time without music. especially on nights like these.

i miss being able to do this, by 10 i’m usually sleeping but since i don’t work tomorrow and i’m still pretty wired i can stay up =)

there’s nothing catchy about a shitty song.

i always go back to following 150 before reaching 200. i think having 200 people on my dashboard is to much shit to process and than i miss things that would be really good and i would like because of stupid shit people post. i still think 150 is too much but so far it has done me justice.

i pay people to bring me sandwiches and clean my room so i don’t have to when i go for 3 months at a time. and they are happy about it, i never see them sad. they are so cool. i have 2, a couple. the lady cleans and the guy does the outside cleaning.

So last night was the fucking best, all things considering it’s up there with some of the best concerts i’ve ever been to.

it started at 2 when me Jose, & Devon get there with about i would say 30 long island girls ahead of us. (i’m guessing) we take our sit on the spot where we’ll be waiting 4 hours for the doors to open. of which mostly consisted of everyone playing there own games till Andy , Prospect & Aileen arrived (Naomi). when they showed up we played a couple of rounds of hangman, went to Crumbs to see Dia from Meg & Dia for Andy’s sake, and met up with Nelson, Nelsa, and Adi.

Once inside the atmosphere was somber knowing that after midnight Envy On The Coast would be no more. the lead up to Envy was cool , Gabriel The Marine were awesome, but my favorite was Bad Rabbits, they’re so fucking funking. the lead vocalist was funny as shit and looked like POS (Devon said so) the guitarist look like DMX (pretty much everyone said so). when i got home a looked up most of they’re songs.

after a pretty quick lead up Envy was up and i honestly never been so sad to see a band take the stage, as the air filled with the smell of bud Ryan jumps out and starts singing. i honestly can’t remember most of the songs that were played because during most of them i was bugging out. but i remember If God Smoked Cheap Cigars came on and i went on a rampage. Than Mirrors and Nelson was all happy like.

but my favorite song was Lapse, it seemed like a goodbye. it was pretty sad. they’re last song was Green Eyes Don’t Lie. even though i was in the sideline because i was unable to keep up with the crowd the last few song, i really didn’t want the song to end because that would be the last time i would hear it live. i will miss Envy a lot, i ill always love them and they’re music.

so i was trimming my beard and set my trimmer to the wrong setting resulting in a giant fucking bald spot. the only way to make it less noticeable was to bring the whole thing down to pretty much a five o clock shadow. it’s been an awesome two months beard. i’ll miss you, and patiently await your return. i’m sorry :-/
